Just finished! This took about three weeks to knit. I used leftover Zephyr in Cinnabar, held double, with size 7 needles, and I did 9 repeats of the lower flower basket pattern.
The FBS is just GORGEOUS!! And I'm still drooling over your finished Frosted Leaves shawl - oh my gosh - that's been on my "one day I will do this" list for such a long time but can't get the gumption to dive in - your's is spectacular!
Lucie, Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and commenting on my shawl. I so appreciate your thoughts on entering it in the state fair. The three rather glaring mistakes in it concern me. I didn't find them until I was blocking it--too late to fix as they are just about dead center of the shawl. I'm working on a couple of other projects, so if you don't see the one from the county fair, you will see one of the others, if all goes well. Thanks so much for your encouragement and kind words!!!!
